Services
In order to obtain a new Ontario Registrant Identification Number (RIN) the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (through ServiceOntario) requires businesses to prepare a statutory declaration and have it notarized (read more about it in our Guide).
At RINregister.ca, we understand your time is valuable and as such we offer to businesses both drafting and notarization services to help you obtain your RIN:
Drafting Your Statutory Declaration
This service is for those who require assistance drafting the statutory declaration required by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (through ServiceOntario) as part of the documents necessary to obtain a new RIN. While you can certainly draft it yourself, we have the expertise to draft it correctly and expeditiously.
Notarizing Your Statutory Declaration
After drafting your statutory declaration, you must have it commissioned / notarized before a Commissioner of Oaths / Notary Public in Ontario for it to be effective.
All of RINregister.ca’s Commissioner of Oaths / Notary Public’s have the legal authority to notarize your statutory declaration. They will verify your identity, have you declare your statutory declaration is truthful, before proceeding to execute the statutory declaration with you.
At this time, we offer both online and in-person notary public services.
